Our Story

Our Clinical Director has been in practice as an adult and pediatric neuropsychologist in urban, suburban, and rural settings for over 35 years. Throughout the course of his career, he has witnessed numerous structural changes to the way healthcare is delivered in this country. These changes, among others, have included stagnant and even declining reimbursement rates in terms of real dollars, dramatically increased demand for services from underserved communities, and rising uncertainty of public funding for critical health and mental services.

In an effort to meet the need for such services, he and his partners at HACCAH Solutions have sought to streamline the processes of individual providers. The disruption to the healthcare marketplace that the pandemic wrought became an opportunity to make the delivery of healthcare and mental healthcare more accessible, sustainable, and productive to providers laboring in oftentimes difficult conditions with decreasing margins and an overwhelming backlog of referrals.

Because it is often the most tedious but also the most important part of a thorough psychological evaluation, a detailed client history has long been an area where some thoughtful innovation can have the most impact on a small practice. We are now eager to share our clinically designed, HIPAA-compliant, and automated solution to the tasks of sending out a social history form to clients, reliably retrieving and storing the responses, and effortlessly integrating those responses into finished professional work without the use of AI. We hope that our tools will take up the same indispensable position in your workflow as they do in ours.
