About
HACCAH Solutions
Our Story
Our Clinical Director brings over 35 years of experience as an adult and pediatric neuropsychologist, having worked across urban, suburban, and rural settings. Over the course of his career, he has observed firsthand the many shifts in the healthcare landscape—including flat or declining reimbursement rates, increased demand for services in underserved areas, and ongoing uncertainty around public funding for critical health and mental health programs.
In response to these challenges, he and his colleagues at HACCAH Solutions set out to develop tools that could streamline essential but time-consuming processes for individual providers. When the pandemic placed even greater pressure on healthcare systems, it also revealed an urgent opportunity: to make care delivery more accessible, sustainable, and manageable for providers working under increasingly strained conditions—with shrinking margins and growing waitlists.
One area with the potential for meaningful change was also one of the most foundational: collecting a thorough client history. Though often seen as tedious, this part of the evaluation process is essential to understanding and supporting clients effectively. By focusing on this task, the team created a clinically informed, HIPAA-compliant solution that automates the delivery, collection, and integration of social history forms—without relying on AI.
The result is a practical, reliable tool designed to help small practices operate more efficiently without sacrificing quality. We’ve seen the difference it makes in our own workflows, and we’re proud to share it with others who face the same daily demands in their clinical work.
