• DR. JAMES HARRISON

    CLINICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. James R. Harrison is a neuropsychologist in private practice in Maine. After studying at the University of California, Irvine, he completed his Master of Science in Experimental Psychology and his PhD in Psychology from the Program in Clinical Psychology at The University North Texas. He completed an Internship in Child Clinical Psychology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science and a Fellowship in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Geriatric Psychology at Southwest Medical School, University of Texas Health Science Center, Dallas, TX. He practiced clinical psychology and neuropsychology in Sherman TX and Austin TX before moving to Maine. His experience includes working with clients in inpatient and outpatient settings, forensic evaluations, supervising pre-doctoral and post-doctoral interns, establishing and supporting practices that include therapists, social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists. He is the past president of the Board of Directors, Children’s Advocacy Center of Grayson County, Texas and is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology.

  • DR. KAREN NELSON

    QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

    Dr. Karen H. Nelson is an emerita professor of psychology at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. After completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Clark University in Worcester, MA, she completed her master of arts degree in psychology and her doctoral degree in Human Development at Harvard University. In addition to being a professor of psychology, she served as Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at Austin College. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Phi Beta Kappa. Licensed as a Psychological Associate in Texas, before her retirement, she offered consulting and forensic services with a focus on assessment of attachment in sibling and parent-child relationships.

  • DR. MICHAEL HARRISON

    CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

    Dr. Michael A. Harrison is a retired teacher at Big Bear High School in California. After completing a liberal arts degree at California Lutheran College, he earned an MA in Educational Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a PhD in Education from the University of California Riverside. He is a member of the National Council of Teachers of English, the California Association of Teachers of English and the American Educational Research Association. He worked with the Scolaris Educational Consulting Partners (2017 to 2020) and continues to perform with the musical group, Dr. Harrison and the Credentials.

  • ALAN DIGIOVANNI

    CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

    Alan DiGiovanni oversees the day to day technical operations of the HACCAH platform. Prior to joining HACCAH, Alan worked for several tech companies with roles ranging from engineer to architect. His experience includes working with a wide varity of resources and languages essential to full stack mobile & web app development.

  • MAYA HARRISON

    CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

    Maya Harrison worked in account services in a medical facility in Boston, Massachusetts after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at Grinnell College. In 2008, she moved into work with Filemaker Pro to create massive databases of patients, test data, scoring programs, interpretive text for scored tests, and social histories. Her facility with the technical information is complemented by her ability to communicate with and be responsive to clients.

  • CADYN DIGIOVANNI

    DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

    Cadyn DiGiovanni began her career in advertising in Austin, Texas, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University, San Marcos. She has more recently trained as a psychometrician in Maine. Her early work experience necessitated bringing her temperament and skills to the challenging task of coordinating the work of the creative team and the business services team to ensure client satisfaction. She brings extensive experience in the teamwork essential to provide high quality client services, clear and effective communication within and between teams, and a clear understanding of the importance of capturing the client as an individual rather than simply ‘data’.

  • USMAN KHAN

    DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

    Usman Khan has worked as an assessment coordinator for psychological practices in Texas and Maine. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Austin College and spent one year in an MA/PhD program in Cognitive Science at Georgia State University. He began as a social history writer and assessment specialist, then developed the technical skills necessary to prepare thorough draft neuropsychological evaluations. His current role requires coordination between psychologists, psychometricians, and social history writers, integrating the social history, scored data, and interpretive text to create a draft final document for neuropsychologists.
